Frequently Ask Questions

Our experience begins by boarding the yacht, 10:00 AM at Marina Casa de Campo and our English-speaking crew will welcome you with beverages. We then will depart to Isla Soana. At Isla Soana you will have the option to have a lunch on the beach at the beach club. After visiting Isla Soana you will sail to Palmilla Beach (the biggest natural pool in Punta Cana), this is where you will anchor and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters. Around 4:00 PM you will depart from Palmilla Beach and sail back to Marina Casa de Campo. At 5:00 PM you will be dropped off at the same spot as where the boat departed from.

- Feel free to bring food or beverage items.
- Bring a towel and swimsuit if you'd like to swim.
- Bring sunscreen for sun protection.

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 48 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

- Yacht has a fridge, kitchen and bathroom on board.
- Yacht has a great sound system. You may connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to play your own music.
- All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
- You can bring your own alcohol and food without any problem
- Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger
- 10% tax will be automatically added to your total.
- Payment is due 5 calendar days before your charter date.
