Take these simple Steps

Thank you for your interest in our charter service. To reserve your trip, please kindly adhere to the following booking process and terms:

Step 1. Submit a deposit of $500 USD upon checkout, which is fully refundable until Step 2 is completed.

Step 2. Upon receipt of all booking confirmations, the remaining 50% booking deposit is due. Please note that this 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Step 3. Please make full payment of the remaining balance at least 7 days prior to the charter date. This is required and non refundable.

* In addition, we would like to offer the option for those booking within 7 days of the charter date. Please feel free to book your trip by paying the full balance after Step 1.

* We would like to bring to your attention that charter terms on National Holidays may vary from the above. Such terms will be communicated to you after receipt of the refundable deposit (Step 1) or upon request.

* Charter time and date adjustments can be made upon written request, provided they are submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled charter date.

Cancellation Policy

  • $500 Deposit upon checkout is fully refundable until Step 2 (see 3 Steps above) is completed.
  • There are no refunds after Step 2 is completed in the booking process
